Some of the users told us there were too many mails received from our system every day, which weren’t friendly. Actually, we are amazed at such feedback. The mails delivered are important for you to master the latest status of your press release, such as successfully submitted & edited and comments notification etc. Really, the more popular your press release is, the more comments you will get. But we do believe that things will develop in the opposite direction when they become extreme, therefore we have updated our system to decrease the number of comments notification mails. There is a confirmation mail when the first comment goes into your press release, but not sending it for every “user comments.” Does it make sense?
